Responsibility:
1-To define process specification in time
To define the equipment specification
To define the equipment functionality
To define electrical,automatic and automation guidelines
2-Supplier selection
To explain to the purchaser team the equipment specifications
To contribute to the selection of the supplier
To work with the suppliers on their proposals in order to get agreement on the equipment conception
To help the equipment purchaser to select the supplier based on suppliers proposals competency
To identify the list of parts that LVP must supply to equipment supplier
3-Investment approval linked with the ROI
To complete the investment form and to get it approved according to =S= procedure
To inform equipment purchaser to start contract signing procedure
4-Equipment realization and qualification in time
To follow up the S/C manufacturing planning as well as the project planning
To follow up the pre audit in supplier site
To make an official approval test & report and request equipment modifications if required
To follow up the audit in Plant site
To correct the problem in audit and follow up action plan
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering and Automation, Master in automation control is ideal.
English 4 level above.
5 years above working experience.
Be familiar with AUTOCAD and Modicon PLC, be familiar with PL7 is ideal.
At least 3 years working experience as electrical or automation engineer on semi automatic fixture design, Modicon PLC program experience, Equipment safety in Semi automatic manufacturing company.
Good communication and team work spirit.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Be willing to travel.
